The Atlantic Ocean and beach are a mere 75 feet away from your doorstep. Great place to sun bathe or just listen to the ocean sounds. Not a great swimming beach for kids. Fully Equipped kitchen with new appliances and 5 foot island bar. French doors from the kitchen open out to the deck. Large screen TV in living room.
